Website Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Proxara, Inc. (“Proxara,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses information when you visit the Proxara Redact pages at redact.proxara.ai/redact and their documentation (the “Site”). It does not cover files processed by Proxara Redact for a customer firm. For that, see the Product Privacy Notice.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
Contact information. If you email us at support@proxara.ai or use an inquiry form on the Site, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. Please do not send client documents or other confidential files by email.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to collect usage information such as pages visited, time on page, referral source, approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), device type, browser and operating system. GA4 loads only after you accept analytics in the consent notice. See the Cookie Policy.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure may record your IP address, request times and HTTP headers. We use these logs for security monitoring and keep them for no more than 90 days.
1.3 What we do not collect
The Site does not take payments or require an account. We do not use fingerprinting, session recording, heatmaps or retargeting pixels.
2. How we use information
- To respond to you. We use your contact information to reply to your message.
- To improve the Site. We use analytics data, if you allow it, to understand how the Site is used.
- To keep the Site secure. We use server logs to detect and respond to security incidents.

4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers. Google LLC processes analytics data if you consent. Google’s privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Microsoft Azure hosts the Site.
- For legal reasons. If required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request.
- In a business transfer. If Proxara is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
6.1 Everyone
You may contact us at support@proxara.ai to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal information we hold about you.
6.2 California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is needed. Contact support@proxara.ai. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days.
6.3 Residents of other U.S. states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and opt out. Contact support@proxara.ai.
6.4 UK and EEA residents
You have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may also complain to your supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk).
7. International transfers
The Site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States. Where the law requires, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
11. Changes
We will post any update on this page and change the date above.
