HIPAA Business Associate Agreement: Not Offered

Proxara is not offered for protected health information (PHI), and Proxara does not offer or sign Business Associate Agreements. This page is not a Business Associate Agreement and creates no Business Associate obligations.

Customers must not connect systems or submit files containing PHI to Proxara on behalf of a covered entity or business associate. The Data Processing Addendum, the Service’s security measures, and Microsoft Azure’s own HIPAA eligibility do not substitute for a signed Business Associate Agreement. Proxara makes no HIPAA compliance claim.
