Whatever a person types into the assistant goes to that assistant’s provider, under your firm’s own agreement with it. Pick the client in the window instead of typing the name, and the name never goes.
A file dropped in
A file dropped straight into the assistant goes as it is. Right-click Redact makes the copy with the names and numbers replaced first.
