Trying Proxara
How a firm tries Proxara on its own clients, and how to judge the result.
This guide is for the partner deciding whether Proxara is right for the firm.
A trial is real work on your own clients, after an afternoon of setup by your administrators. Proxara reads only to begin with, and the firm allows approved changes when it is ready. It continues month to month until your firm decides to stop.
Before you start
| Step | Guide |
|---|---|
| Set Proxara up | Set up |
| Show the team what to ask | Proxara in your assistant |
| Share the security material with whoever reviews it | Security |
Who takes part
A few people who work on returns every day, with one partner who reviews the result.
What to measure
Before you start, each person writes down how long these take today. Later, they time the same tasks with Proxara.
| Task | Today | With Proxara |
|---|---|---|
| Find where a return stands | ||
| List what is still missing from a client | ||
| Chase a missing document | ||
| File the documents from a client’s email | ||
| Update Karbon after a review |
How to judge it
Start with the times your team wrote down. The console’s Activity page then shows who asked about which clients and what was approved, and whether people kept using it. It exports to a spreadsheet.
Questions go to support@proxara.ai.
